Suvidha has been living in Dubai since 1997. She has witnessed the journey of real estate regulations in Dubai – with the initial introduction of lease hold (99 years), then lease to own and finally freehold real estate.
Suvidha has seen the ups and downs of real estate prices in the last 2 decades, both as an investor as well as a broker. She hails from a family of real estate developers in India. She enjoys the freedom offered at & support received by Turnkey Properties.
In her realty profession, she is able to assist her clients with integrity, as her vision is to maintain long lasting relationships with her clients. She started her realty journey by handling properties all across Dubai, but later decided to specialize in and around Business Bay, Downtown, Dubai Hills & Meydan locations. She handles Off-plan sales, secondary buying/selling, and at the same time does not shy away from handling leasing transactions.
